Instrams is one of the events that every student wants to experience. Because in this tournament the youth are challenged to go beyond their limit and show what is the best performance that they can do during the competition. Besides, it also develops the character of every player and promotes unity among the different strands. On April 12,2023, Philippine Christian University together with the Senior high strand teachers and officers, planned the sequence of the program for intramurals in order to have a fun and fair game. As a result many students participate in this event and take part in bench yell, cheer dance Mr. and Ms. intramurals, basketball, volleyball, sepak, badminton etc. Before the events, I hear a large sound from a crowd as if you are listening to a rally due to noise. It signifies the passion and eagerness of every learner to win the competition and bring pride for their strand.

   When the day of special events came, I saw that every candidate was ready for the battle. Their faces showed their fierceness during their performance in bench yell and cheer dance, everyone wants to be a champion. I also enjoy watching and listening to them every time they make noise that comes from every corner of the court when the team player makes a point. I was actually shocked when I saw one of my classmates shouting and cheering, because she used to be a quiet person in the classroom and barely talked. Those unforgettable moments I had with my fellow learners will never be forgotten, I will always remember their effort, passion and eagerness to support the humanista.
